OUR PROMISE - OUR MISSION

 

Let’s face it, nowadays very few of us have the time or energy to keep up with our home and/or office. It’s hard work, it’s far from glamorous and to be honest, there are plenty of other things we’d rather do with our time. For our Founder/President Yesenia Batalla working more than 40 hours a week, spending up to two hours in daily traffic traveling to and from Los Angeles, and being a full time mom and wife, was not easy. Saturdays were dedicated to cleaning the house and doing laundry. Sundays were meant to rest. Yesenia did not have any time for her family, let alone herself. She decided it was time to get help and hired a cleaning service. Unfortunately, finding the right company or people became a huge challenge. After trying out many cleaning services, and continuing to work until late hours, she gave up! She then decided it was time to take matters in to her own hands and YB Cleaning Services was born in August 2003. Yesenia, along with her partner, hired two people and trained them until they were ready to provide the quality service she was once looking for. “Pay attention to details, details, and details!” is the message she conveys to crews during training sessions. “We must focus on the details and put things back where they belong. Always respect others’ belongings and always, always check your work before leaving a room.”

 

We are very grateful to have the opportunity to help others regain their personal time to spend doing what they enjoy most. For our Founder/President, having extra time to spend with her family, her weekly Kundalini yoga and staff meetings at Ihop, are what she looks forward the most.

 

Life is simply too short and we must use our valuable time wisely. Maintaining a clean home and office is necessary and a very important factor in all of our lives. We, at YB Cleaning, believe that by maintaining our home and office clean, it keeps us balanced. Your home can become a haven and refuge from this stressful world. Our ancestors honored the home as a sacred space which provided protection and peace: we can reawaken this sense of life in your home and turn it into a special place which can calm the mind and soothe the soul.

 

Our mission is to clean your home or office making it feel and smell wonderful and/or help you find the right person to help you with all of your home or personal needs, all while you spend your time on what you enjoy doing most. We value commitment to high quality service, respect for what is not ours, but treat it as if it is, dedication to training, safety and development, and sensitivity to the environment.
