Brought their own cleaning supplies, too! Their secretary was pleasant and professional. I just wish they would have finished in 60m instead of 80m, or stopped at 1 hour and let me allot the extra time after assessment. Then, again, it's always that last 20m where everything gets dialed in, and I am happy with the work
