I was fed up and real leery when I hired YB to clean my neglected kitchen and bath. The three person team showed up on time, sized up the job, gave me a quote, and then blitzed the place. In my dealings with the office upon completion, all of my concerns over the length of time actually spent and one small oversight in the bath were dealt with promptly and the adjustments made. A real professional outfit all around. I intend to hire them on a regular basis."

I believe that when a company provides a great customer service anything that I might be concern with before or after the service will be taken care off. And they really took care of me and my home. The crew came in a full uniform, not just a t-shirt and jeans like most do, were extremely niece and work very hard to get the job done. When I schedule the appt, the office sent me the appt confirmation explaining their terms, conditions and special instructions as to what to do from the time of the crew's arrival, final inspection and payment procedure, which was very helpful. The best cleaning co. I have used thus far! And I have used many. '
