"Crew was late but we were kept abreast of what was happening. We had been given an estimate of 1-1/2 hours, but we were not at all surprised when they ladies told us it would take closer to 3 hours. Since it was about 4:30 when they got there, we thought they might want to split the job up and come back a 2nd time. They insisted they would complete the job and they stayed until it was done. And, it was even better than we had hoped!! Excellent, excellent job!!
