"YB serviced my home the same day I called. They did an excellent job. The dusted behind headboards and underneath furniture, nobody had done that before. They emailed me a survey with the invoice via, which I thought was very professional, a company that really cares about the service they provide. I didn't even wait for the written proposal. I send a note with the team to service my home every other week. Excellent experience, I recommend to everyone who is looking for a professional company with a full customer service."

"Just great! My wife is very picky and protective with our things. We hired this company because they pre-screen their workers and they are company employees and not subcontractors. It gave me and my wife piece of mind. We are not rich but we do have valuable things around the house. Their service was also very good. The team worked very hard, none stop, they went over the time limit we gave them but they told us in advance they were going to need more time and we approved it because they truly did need it. I like that I could pay over the phone with a check, save me time & money. Will continue to use bi-weekly. "

YB Cleaning did a good job, a few areas needed more attention, but I know it was a big job and I gave them a time limit. I appreciate them helping me stay with in budget. I will continue to use their services. I also wanted to point out that Shirley the gal with whom I schedule the appt was a pain in the neck and did a great job keeping up with me to schedule the appt. Because of her, I have my house clean and ready for the new year, please give her my thanks! Sometimes we do need a small push to get things done.

"They're very professional, responsive and do a great job! I left a list for them the first time they came out and they managed to get it all done. Plus, they remembered what my particular needs were for the next time, even though I had a different crew. Yes, they cost more than what I'm used to paying one person for 6 hours, but they clean much more thoroughly. And they bring their own cleaning supplies, so I save a fortune on that! Plus, I work from home, so I love that they're out in 2 hours! I highly recommend them!"

I lost my mother to cancer and when I read that they were partners with an organization that help women with cancer with their cleaning needs. I immediately felt great hiring them! I have been using YBCS for 3 months now and I didn’t want to do survey until I had a pretty good idea of how they worked. I’ve used other cleaning companies and they always start out good but then the service goes bad. I really like their online payment; it fast, easy and I can view my account history.

"I keep on using their services because of their excellent customer service, I call them randomly to schedule appts and somehow the office makes it happen and I get my home serviced the same day or next. If they are running late (yes Kaylee I know delays are out of your control J) they keep me updated with texts or emails of teams arrival, they are the best”

"I tried this company based on other customer reviews, and I'm so glad I chose them! Not only is their office staff very responsive and helpful, but the team that cleaned my home were VERY hard-working, pleasant, and cooperative. My husband is allergic to dust, and when they were done you nearly had to wear sunglasses because everything was so clean and bright! They even brought step-ladders to reach everywhere, and my living room has a vaulted ceiling. I'm so delighted with YB Cleaning Services that I'm eagerly awaiting their contract so they can come back regularly!!"

"They were prompt in replying to my inquiry, arrived on time as scheduled, and extremely thorough and professional in delivering their service. Highly recommended, and although initially thought to be somewhat more expensive than what I was initially wanting to spend, I'm nonetheless glad that I hired them to do an initial "deep cleaning", and have subsequently hired them back on a bi-weekly basis. Their prices are well worth their service."
